1. Superior Powder Management System
Our funnel-shaped bottom design prevents powder accumulation and clogging. The sloped interior ensures smooth talc powder recovery without clumping or blockage issues. The heating system keeps powder dry throughout testing cycles. Moisture causes powder clumping, leading to test failures. Our electric heating technology maintains optimal conditions for consistent results.
2. Precision Dust Distribution
Uniform particle distribution ensures accurate testing. Our circulation system creates consistent dust clouds throughout the chamber volume. This precision replicates real-world dust intrusion scenarios effectively.
Programmable Temperature: to 80°C, accuracy of ±0.5°C
3. Safety and Observation Features
Testing should be safe and fully observable. Our chambers are designed with multiple features to ensure both safety and visibility. A clear observation window, equipped with a windshield wiper for dust removal, allows operators to monitor specimens at all times. Inside the chamber, LED lighting provides bright, even illumination for clear visibility of the test samples. For safety, electromagnetic door locks prevent accidental opening during operation, and multiple emergency stop controls are included to protect operators in case of unexpected situations.
